 First Contact was designed as an administrative tool to provide access to Student, Family, Emergency, and Academic Information.  While providing valuable tools for Attendance, Medical and Behavior Tracking, it produces report cards and numerous reports to assist both teachers and administrators.

 First Contact was developed utilizing Microsoft Office Access and interfaces with other Microsoft Applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.  

Security has been built into First Contact.  Certain functions are limited to the school administrator.  The school administrator will be assigned a “Master Password” to facilitate complete access to all data and reports.  Teachers will be assigned unique passwords.  These passwords are important and provide access to academic records that pertain to current class assignments.
